1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Tunex (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the App.

2. Who May Use Tunex

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the age required by law in your jurisdiction) to use Tunex.
• If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Tunex solely for its intended purpose — generating AI-tuned car images for personal, non-commercial use.

4. AI-Generated Content

• The tuned images returned by our AI remain your property.
• By using the App, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, and display your images as needed to provide the service.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to the photos you upload.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Do not upload images that infringe copyrights, contain illegal or hateful content, or violate privacy rights.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the App or its servers.
• Do not use Tunex to create or distribute content that is unlawful, harassing, or deceptive.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Tunex may offer optional premium features ("Tunex Pro") via auto-renewing subscriptions handled through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Pricing, renewal terms, and cancellation options are displayed within the App. All payments are processed by Apple or Google — we never store your payment information.

7. Disclaimers

• Tunex is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee specific results or uninterrupted service.
• AI outputs may contain inaccuracies; always verify before relying on them.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fevm Apps and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of Tunex.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you breach these Terms or engage in activities that harm the service or other users.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. If we make material changes, we will notify you via the App or other channels. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
